SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If the product is an on-demand product the order process is longer, usually between 3-10 business days. The on-demand products take longer to arrive from the moment it’s been ordered until it arrives at the shipping address because it is made when ordered. We aim to deliver the made-on-demand product to the shipping address within 7-14 business days, counting from the day the order has been placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use multiple shipping partners. Depending on where the order is sent from, where the shipping address is and which shipping partner is used, the time from placed order to the arrival at the shipping address may vary. To get a better sense of when you can expect your package to arrive, please add the desired products to the shopping cart and check estimated arrival at checkout. Please note that these and any other references to arrival date are an estimation and can come to change.

In case of a high volume of orders, postal service problems or similar, the order process and shipping may be delayed.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping to the following continents: Europe (excl. Russia and Ukraine), North America, Australia and Japan with the exception of products stocked in Sweden. The products stocked in Sweden are only shipped to Europe (excl. Russia and Ukraine) and North America.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. by AL is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hemidyll.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not accept orders with the shipping address of a P.O. box.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The 14 day return policy time starts on the day the customer has receieved the item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at infohemidyll@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
